How do I track my order?

Why isn't my tracking information updating?

How do I use a discount code?

All items are made to order, and are final sale. We accept returns for damaged or defective items reported within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for wrong sizes, colors, or changes of mind. Please review our Return Policy for more details.

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, please contact us at support@formula8bit.com within 30 days with your order number, photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.
How do I return an item if I'm outside of the return window?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after the 30-day return window. Please review your order as soon as it arrives and contact us if there are any issues.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the correct item.
